TAKVÅNING MED FANTASTISK HAVSUTSIKT FRÅN DEN STORA TERRASSEN

Det här är en extraordinär takvåning med allt man kan önska sig. 90 kvm boyta och 50 kvm terrass i sydöstläge med sol från tidig morgon till sen eftermiddag. Lägenheten med två sovrum, två badrum, stort kök, vardagsrum med både loungedel och matdel. Utgång till terrassen från båda sovrummen och från vardagsrummet. Den soliga terrassen är indelad i tre delar, en loungdel, en del med solstolar samt en del med rejält matbord. Halva terrassen har solmarkis så att man kan få skugga ifall solen bränner för hett. Det finns en stor gasolgrill på terrassen.
Lägenheten har två sovrum. Ett master bedroom med dubbelsäng.
Intill ligger ett mindre sovrum med två sköna sängar. En stor garderob med skjutdörrar och lådor finns i varje rum, liksom sängbord. Båda sovrummen har varsin altandörr som leder ut till terrassen.
Köket är välplanerat och innehåller alla bekvämligheter, såsom diskmaskin, spis, kyl/frys, inbyggd ugn och micro på bekväm höjd, kaffebryggare ,vattenkokare ,brödrost etc. Dessutom finns en tvättmaskin.
Vardagsrummet är rymligt och har en ny bäddsoffa som rymmer 2 personer. Matbord finns i vardagsrummet och naturligtvis utgång till den stora terrassen.Garage finns i huset.
Huset är ett av de vackraste i området med en stor gård och stort poolområde.

Poolen är dagligen öppen från mitten av juni till augusti.

September är poolen öppen enbart på helger.
Poolen är stängd hela vintern, liksom alla pooler i området.

Tvärs över gatan ligger en stor livsmedelsbutik, Supersol.
Stranden ligger ett kvarter ifrån lägenheten.

A lovely penthouse apartment with a fabulous balcony/terrace in a very well maintained and secure private residential apartment block. Everything was just perfect. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable and the amazing outside space had everything you could need. We had great sea views, the beach just a few minutes walk away, supermarket on our doorstep and an amazing paseo with bars and restaurants. The owner made everything from booking to arrival and check out very easy and straight forward. Thank you Kristina. Car hire isn't essential as there are so many places within easy reach either on foot via the extensive paseo that runs around the coastline or using the local bus service. The area is safe and friendly and we would not hesitate to return to the apartment and the town. In fact we are already considering it again for next year

Wow! This apartment is the best I have ever stayed in! The location is perfect, close to the beach and the supermarket across the road (with the trolley provided by Kristina!) makes shopping very easy. Everything in the apartment has been well thought out and has everything you need. The bed is amazingly comfortable but the real win is the balcony where you can sit in a sun trap, sit up and watch the boats on the sea coming and going or sit at the dining table. We spent nearly the whole holiday on the balcony! There is even room to do yoga there!

Kristina's apartment is beautiful and it made our stay most enjoyable. The space on the terrace is fantastic and the views spectacular. The location in Torre del Mar is ideal for exploring other areas around. We are looking forward to going back again.
