PENTHOUSE WITH AMAZING SEA VIEW FROM A LARGE TERRACE

This is very special penthouse apartment with everything one can wish for. 90 sqm living space and 50 sqm terrace facing south-east with sun from morning to late afternoon. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room with both a lounge part with a brand new sofa bed and a dining part. The terrace can be reached from both bedrooms and from the living room. The sunny terrace is divided in three parts, one lounge part, one with sun chairs and one dining part. Half the terrace can be covered by an awning giving shadow when the sun is too hot. We have a large gas BBQ on the terrace.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One master bedroom with a double bed. Next to the master bedroom is a smaller bedroom with two nice, convenient beds. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe with sliding doors and drawers.

The kitchen is well planned and holds all conveniences as dish washer, stove, fridge, oven, micro, coffee machine, water heater, toaster etc. There is also a washing machine. We have a garage in the house, let us know if you need it.

The house is one of the most beautiful in the area with a large garden and a pool area.

The pool is daily open from mid of June untill august.

11:00-15:30 and 17:30-22:00

In September it´s open during weekends. Like most pools in the area this pool is closed during the winter.

On the opposite side of the street is a big grocery store Supersol.

The beach is only one block from the apartment.

Flott leilighet med fantastisk terrasse

Vi har hatt 3 herlige uker her , kan ikke få skrytt nok av både leiligheten og den herlige terrassen hvor vi tilbrakte mye av tiden , nydelig utsikt !!!
Leiligheten ligger i et fint og rolig boligkomplex 
og godt med parkering i lukket garasje!
Vi ble så imponert av alt , at vi har allerede bestilt igjen til neste år

Kristina's apartment is located at the Caleta end of Torre del Mar, opposite the Supersol supermarket. It's superbly well equipped, with some unexpected touches, too. The centre of town with all it's bars, shops & restaurants is only a 15min walk, a walk along the promenade in the sun is a delight Because we arrived on Christmas day, a Bank Holiday in Spain, we were concerned that we would have no groceries etc to tide us over. Kristina went & shopped for us :-). & when we explained the late departure time of our flight home, she allowed us use of the apartment after normal check-out time A superb apartment, in an excellent location with a 5* hostess. I'm sure we'll visit again, thank you Kristina

En fantastisk lägenhet med allt och lite till

En fantastisk lägenhet med perfekt läge bara ett stenkast från stranden, matbutik och annan service. Precis allt man kan tänkas behöva finns i lägenheten och lite till. Vi hyrde lägenheten tre veckor i december/januari och hade strålande sol alla dagar utom två. Det är lä och sol hela dagen på den stora härliga terrassen så trots att vi var där mitt i vintern kunde vi sola och njuta i loungemöblerna i princip varje dag. Och utsikten på nyårsafton med alla fyrverkerier var fantastisk. Ett annat plus är tillgången till garageplats i källaren och att det är så enkelt att snabbt köra ut på motorvägen från lägenheten. Vi gillar verkligen Torre del Mar, inte minst för det perfekta läget nära Malaga, bergen och flera nationalparker men också för att Torre känns väldigt genuin och spansk.Vi återvänder gärna om vi får.
