Härlig terrassvåning om 70 kvm på första linjen vid den bästa stranden i El Morche (Torrox Costa) Lägenheten har två sovrum, trevligt vardagsrum och kök i ett. Utgång till stor terrass i östläge. Från terrassen går trappan upp till takterrassen där solen skiner hela dagen. På takterrassen finns matbord, grill, soffgrupp och solstolar.
Sovrum 1 Master sovrum har en dubbelsäng, 150 cm, stor garderob.
Stort badrum med dusch, toalett och bidé.
Sovrum 2 Två enkelsängar
Badrum 2 Duschkabin och toalett
Vardagsrum med matdel och lounge del, allt är trendigt möblerat i ljusa pasteller. TV och trådlös internet.
Köksdelen har allt man kan behöva. Micro, spishäll, ugn, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, diskmaskin.
En trappa från den stora terrassen leder upp till den privata takterrassen. Där uppe finns både loungegrupp, matbord gasolgrill och solstolar. Utöver det har ni en fantastisk utsikt över havet.
Gemensam stor evighetspool. Poolen är öppen från april till slutet av november. Från poolområdet går du direkt ner till stranden.
Garage finns i fastigheten.

sehr schöne Wohnung, direkt am Strand gelegen. Tiefgarage ebenfalls dabei. Sehr sichere und saubere Anlage. In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige sehr interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten

Really enjoyed ourselves! The apartment was well presented, and had all the amenities you could need. Great proximity to the beach and nice walks to plenty good cafes and restaurants. Kristina left good information in the apartment with recommendations and everything we might want to know

The apartment is very well equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay a home from home.
Communication was very good taking out ant worries that we may of had.

What a great place to stay, very spacious accomodation that provided everything we needed. The terrace is fantastic, with great views over the town and onto the mountains and within 3 minutes walk to the beach. Having a good barbeque on the tearrce was ideal for us and we would have no hesitation in staying in this penthouse apartment again.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Torrox Costa. The view of the sea in the distance was truly breathtaking, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and modern. The pool was also very nice and offered a great way to relax.
One of the things I enjoyed most about this apartment was the easy access to the long promenade, which was lined with great bars and restaurants. I also had the chance to visit the market on Mondays, which was a great experience.
The highlight of my stay, however, was definitely the short 10-minute drive to Nerja - a beautiful Spanish town with so much to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Torrox Costa.
